Bokor Mountain
Bokor Mountain should definitely be on your list of things
to do in Kampot, the views from the top of the mountain are nothing short of
spectacular.  Whilst there you can visit the old casino, abandoned church,
waterfall, and see the future
development plans for the national park. The Sokha resort is the perfect place to take a rest, have lunch and try
one of their delicious cakes.

Phnom Chhnork cave
The caves although not always easy to find are worth going
to have a look.We suggest combining
visiting the caves with the pepper plantations, salt flats and Kep for a great
day out exploring the countryside and seeing how the Khmer people live in their
farming communities.If you wish to
climb inside the cave this is possible but we suggest that you wear suitable footwear
and take a torch with you.

Pepper Plantations
There are many pepper plantations throughout Kampot and the
are definitely worth a visit.  We recommend starling ridge plantation
which has a fantastic café as well as a large working pepper plantation.

Teuk Chhou Rapids
About 7km from Kampot are the beautiful Teuk Chhou Rapids,
Rent one of the tubes for a relaxing time on the water or rent one of the
shelters complete with hammocks and just watch the world go by.

Sunset cruise
One of the best things to do in Kampot is one of the sunset
cruises.  Chill out and take in the stunning scenery as you cruise down the
river then watch the sun set behind the mountains before returning to
town. You can swim in the river where
the boat stops to watch the sunset if you wish.

Kep is a great place to go for a day trip, visit the famous
crab market and try some of the food which is freshly prepared in front of
you.Drive around and see the abandoned
once luxury villas or relax on the beach, visit rabbit island or the beautiful
nautical themed Kep sailing club.

Kep sailing club
Kep sailing club is situated on the seafront on the road
into Kep from Kampot, rent a kayak, paddle board or small sail boat, take
lessons if you wish or just relax in the restaurant and sample some of their
amazing food.

Rabbit Island
Definitely worth a visit if you have the time.  Rabbit
Island is just a short long boat ride away from Kep port.  The boats cost
$25 return but that can be split with up to 8 people, if there is less of you
you may pay a little more.  Relax on the beach, take a swim, have lunch or
have a relaxing coconut oil massage.
